Are people still excited to play the same damn games they've always been playing for the past decade?
Xbox has no library of games, this isn't Sony that has MASSIvE catalogues for just Playstation 1 alone that range from something other then FPS's.
And what's worse, this backwards compatibility isn't a blanket effect, only SOME games will get it.
Xbox is trash and continues to be trash, but hey, least it's getting Smite. Lol...
And fyi - Fallout 4 will have mod support for PS4 also. |

Idiot detected, xbox is truly for the lower-breed of the human race. It only truly supports one type of gameplay, mindless FPS. Dust has offered more innovation to that genre in the past 5 years then xbox has and it nearly defined the genre and online gaming to begin with.
People who still support it are either also PC master race or FPS loyalists who don't need to know better because it's all there for them.

There is so much wrong in your statement I can't begin. If you're going to do any sort of console argument you have to be unbiased or at least a little open minded. This is coming from a huge PS loyalists who wouldn't buy a PC or Xbox. The only people who talk bad about Xbox top games such as halo/gears of war are the ones who were never any good at them...sorry but gears of war is far better than dust..sure maybe dust has more to it but they're not even close to the same league..even halo is far better..I have both systems I think ps4 is better but the games aren't as good so people often say I'm an Xbox fanboi when it's actually not the consoles but the games I find better.. Sota could be right but the way he goes about it makes all of his arguments invalid.
lol, anyone who supports that system is admitting to be brain dead. There's reason enough to enjoy the system because of a few particular games - but just those few games define your entire library for an entire decade. That is no reason to be loyal to a system, you should be fighting to get that game onto a sony system so that you can enjoy it with even more people.
Most of you people defending this system don't even honestly defend it - you defend a few choice games that happen to be on it. That's being loyal to a game, not the sad system it's on.
i've nothing against the few games it does have, the very, very, very few and reused, over and over and over games it has. |

btw, biased is created for a reason, it may not be productive all the time but it isn't necessarily blind. It simply means I've weighted the choices and decided upon one, if you feel something was 'wrong' about what i said, feel free to correct it.
Because if you could of, you would of. Xbox just kinda blows. but hey, least you guys will get MORE Halo and GoW games! Yay!~ lol..

that's fine, but if your system gave a **** more about you rather then your money you would have more on your system then just 2-3 notable games, all stemming from the same exact genre.
Did you know one of FF's original creator was designated by MS to create JRPG's? That's how we got Lost Odyssey, a great RPG that's both beautiful and wondrous.
MS entered contract with him to make several games, but after the first game didn't sell as well as Halo they cancelled the arrangement and wished him luck.

What? Did we watch the same E3 conference? They didn't announce 30 something games to save the system from a decade of lack of content. Instead, they're going to make you play the same game you've been playing already, again, and they even figured a new way for you to replay the same games using Holo lens!! *Though i'm actually stoked to see where that goes*
the backwards compatibility was more of a 'pay attention to us' then a feature they were prepared to actually release.

And here's a list of Microsoft E3 announcements. Mind you, they won't be making many more appearances, unlike sony, whose promised even bigger things in Tokyo's Game Show.
Halo, GoW x 2, Tomb Raider, Sea of Thieves, Recore, Ion, and a bunch of platformers that should be on the VITA instead of a next gen console.
Is microsoft even planning on making more announcements or appearances? Sony's already scheduled 2 more, promising to release information on games like Persona 5 and other jpg's that will be Sony exclusive and will be releasing 2015.
And as for Nintendo - they're already ******* hinting at a next gen system, again, for the third ******* time in 3 years. -.- |
